How do you travel abroad and work online?

I prefer slow travel over fast travel. What’s the difference? With slow travel, you stay in a place for longer periods of time. With fast travel, you will stay in a place for a few days to a couple of weeks. With slow travel, I can ensure that the place that I’m staying has strong and reliable wifi, and I can set up a daily system to teach. With fast travel, you are moving and packing, with no guarantee that the wifi will be strong or consistent.  I set up my teaching schedule a few weeks in advance so I know what days I have students.

What do you need to teach online while traveling abroad?

As an Outschool teacher and Digital nomad, I only travel with what I need to teach daily. I use Canva Pro for the majority of my classes and Powerpoint. I have my Macbook Air, iPhone, 8inx11in White Board and markers, yoga mat (I teach yoga online as well).

As an entrepreneur, I currently do have two podcasts that I record with a Yeti. If you are interested in learning more about Outschool, the Outschool application, and the benefits of teaching on Outschool, I have a youtube video that explains all that in detail.

As a new online teacher, I recommend applying to multiple online teaching jobs as soon as possible. Especially if you want to teach with Outschool or another online teaching platform.
